I began exploring alternative medicine after years of counseling and exploring my wellness concerns with Western doctors. I had poor explanations and no relief from eczema. My allergies became more severe and new allergies appeared. After years of chiropractic adjustments, yoga, diet and exercise I still had physical pain from car accidents and domestic violence.
